MY EXPERIANCE WITH THE FOOD APP Kobo TOOLBOX

Hello Together

In the last week we took pictures of our dishes and meals at home or on travel.

In this post I want to highlight what are the diffuculties about this project are.

- To remember myself to take a photo of my dish before every meal wasn`t so easy. Beside them, you smartphone is not always at the same place like you. Sometimes i had to search me smartphone bevore eating the dish.
- You eat normaly two ore three times a day. So you have to take everywhere and always your smartphone with you.

I thought that the app was easy to operate it. If you collect your data`s for the dish (Ingrediants, Packaging), I was always very fast with the feed.

In conclusion I found it an interesting project to see what I exactly eat in one week.

My Food - My Energy: How much energy has my food?

How many energy produce my dish?

I want to know how much energy is in a normal daily meal of mine. So I calculated all the kilocalories of my dish, which I ate yestaerday. I ate approximately 300 gramm of spaghetti with sauce bolognese. But how much energy give this dish to me? This is what i wanted to know. Therefore I count the gramm of spaghetti I ate and the amount of gramm of the sauce. How I calculated the kilowatthours you can find later in the text.

Calculation

In totale I consumed 1241 (kcal). I calculated this data in joule 5192344. After that step I calculated it into kilowatthours (1.44778). I used this website to do the task. (Umrechnung.org, 17.09.19).

Project Idea: Hybridlawn the future of football?

A lot of worldwide stadiums have already a hybridlawn. It better and easier to foster (pflegen) but more expensive. What are the advantages and the disadvantages about this lawn.
